How We Commission a New Heating System

On gas equipment we run a combustion analyzer and confirm flue gas readings are within the manufacturer’s specification, measure temperature rise across the heat exchanger against the nameplate range, verify static pressure sits inside the blower’s rated window, and test the limit, pressure, and rollout switches.
