These guys were great. I had a home warranty that sent another company out to do some repairs and they suggested that I have a tune-up and get my condenser cleaned. I believe they wanted to charge me somewhere in the $250 range for the service. I looked around a bit before accepting and I'm glad I did. This company is super responsive, polite, and professional. The time up was 1/5 the cost of the other guys and I felt like Josh (I think, sorry) really knew his stuff. He talked me through what he did and what he found and even provided pictures. It was a great experience with a small local business and I will be calling again when I need HVAC assistance.

I've had multiple technicians out to inspect my HVAC UNIT. I had Jonathan from AH here today and he put the other guys to shame! He checked the unit and it was running well. He went inside and recorded the air temperature of each vent. Went into the Attic and inspected the ducts finding multiple air leaks. Also, my ducts are too small and metal acts as a heat conductor. My attic insulation was low as well. He crunched the numbers and my unit was pushing half as much air as it should. This tech is AWESOME!

I needed immediate attention on the a/c system in my business. I called American Energy Tuesday morning at 8:00 am; had a technician meet me at 9:30. The two fellows, Andrew and Ryan were extremely professional and very well mannered. I was more than impressed. They check out the a/c, deemed it in good condition, changed the filter, and then I asked about quarterly service. So, I will see these two men every three months and I am more than pleased. A big shoutout to Sashi who orchestrated the whole appointment. Thank you one and all.....

Our AC went out on Friday when the temperature was 105. They diagnosed and repaired the issue that afternoon. Both repairmen were polite and saved me and my family from a long hot weekend. Highly recommend.

This company has been wonderful. They came the day after my call for winter maintenance on our sixty-year-old furnace. I was worried that it might have issues. Oh, boy, did it. A crack in the exchange which could leak carbon monoxide into our home killing all of us. We were able to buy a replacement for a great price and the owner has added in vent cleaning at no charge. Our new furnace was installed in two days, with the removal of the antique handled by them. No worries and we now have heat without fear. All the guys are professional, masked for covid and fast. They are as quiet as possible. The office staff is wonderful and the owner is too. I highly recommend these folks. You can't find a better group for your heat or a/c needs. Energy-efficient products rule!!

Appreciations galore to Efrin and Quinn who installed our new AC unit and House Allergen Filter system as well! Our home was purchased a few years ago with the original AC unit and the system was not working as well anymore. Hubby took action and made a number of different appointments to get quotes and information in hand so we could decide which company to place our trust with. Truly Thankful and Grateful for the friendly and welcome service from Ryan,  Efrin, and Quinn. Took the time to answer all questions during the installation process and provided the best quality of service with trusted results we hoped for and counted on. The past few years since we moved here from the Bay Area we have actually been serviced with positive service from another AC/Heating company and was going to sign up with them for our new unit however the quote provided seemed quite high from what we knew of so hubby decided to reach out to other companies. Out of the 5 quotes we received there's were the 2nd highest for the same unit we were interested in with no chance for negotiation. Unfortunately, we had to go elsewhere and choose another company but we are thankful we were able to discover another great company with honest and dependable service. Good ol dependable YELP search provided American Energy Air& Solar with 5 stars and overall great positive reviews and we are very confident to be new clients as well now and highly recommend American Energy Air and Solar!

American Energy is the best.  After trying several other HVAC services in the area, it's reassuring to find a business that actually cares about professionalism and actually shows up during the appointment window.  Most importantly, they do terrific work. Garrett is a terrific ambassador to the firm.  No hesitancy in strongly recommending American Energy.

I continue to have a great experience with American Energy. From estimate to installation to maintenance their customer service is unmatched. Their design consultant Ryan was very knowledgeable and provided feedback that items required by other companies (Huft and Bell Brothers) were not needed. So in addition to having the best price, they saved me from paying for unnecessary items. If you are like me- picking someone to complete your home improvement job can be confusing. I needed to get my AC replaced and had gotten 3 different quotes. What made me choose American Energy Air was their overall professionalism/ friendliness and proactive warranty. They were the only ones that offered free maintenance on the unit because they want to identify and fix the issue before it becomes a problem. That tells me that they will proactively ensure my unit is working for the lifetime of the warranty. Ryan was super great asking me questions on what I wanted before he quoted anything, they were able to get my unit installed the next day without seeming to pressure me to make a decision. The installers were very friendly, and when I did occur a small issue, they sent someone out to fix it within the hour. No hassle or phone troubleshooting just - we will send someone out. The gentleman that came out not only resolved the issue but seemed sincere and apologetic that there was an issue, to begin with. The last kicker is that every one that came into my house engaged and petted my pup- it might sound stupid, but I felt they were genuine and friendly people. I would highly recommend them!!!
